Terms & conditions

Welcome to Magnific Apartments! These terms govern all bookings and stays at our apartments on the Croatian coast and the Bosnian Olympic mountain. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. Booking and confirmation

• Bookings are made through our website. After booking you receive an e-mail with your booking number and all details.
• If a booking requires our review, it is confirmed only once we approve it. We will let you know by e-mail, usually within 24 hours.
• When paying by card for a booking that requires approval, the amount is only reserved on your card and charged once we approve the booking. If we do not approve it, the reservation of funds is released.

2. Payment

• Card: secure card payment through an authorised payment processor. Card details never pass through or are stored on our servers.
• Pay on arrival: in euros (EUR) or convertible marks (BAM/KM).
• Bank transfer: we send the payment details by e-mail. If the payment is not received within the stated deadline, the booking is cancelled automatically.
• If a deposit is paid when booking, the remaining balance is paid as stated in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation

• Cancellation by the guest: the cancellation policy shown when booking and in your confirmation applies. You can cancel through the link in your confirmation.
• Cancellation by the owner: in the rare case that we must cancel your booking, we refund the full amount paid. We are not responsible for any additional costs arising from such a cancellation.

4. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00 local time.
• Check-out: by 10:00 local time.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.

5. House rules

• Only registered guests may stay overnight. No parties or events without prior approval.
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
• Pets are not allowed.

6. Damage and liability

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Repair costs may be deducted from the security deposit; if it is insufficient, the guest must pay the difference without delay.
• A refundable security deposit may be requested and is returned after inspection.
• Magnific Apartments is not liable for personal injury, loss of or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

7. Use of the property

The apartments may only be used for lawful purposes. Violations of the law or house rules may result in termination of the stay without refund.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics or government restrictions.

9. Privacy

We use personal data only for your booking and for communicating with you. See our privacy policy for details.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina or the Republic of Croatia, depending on the location of the apartment booked.
